as I lived in Porto, I enjoyed the duality of European city life, the proximity to the beach and its various landscapes. Through the window of my apartment on the 13th floor, I observed and photographed the beauty in the chaos of the city around me.
Matosinhos, Porto
in this series, I focus more on the coast life of porto, which at times reminded me of home. I enjoyed paying attention to the way the beach is experienced here compared to my island, which you'll discover in a dedicated series. Matosinhos holds a lot of fun memories.
Cais do Ginjal, Almada
just accros lisbon, on the ginjal dock, I captured the end of a beautiful day spend with good friends laughing. I wonder what made me feel so good about living in Portugal, was it simply the effect of being near the Atlantic coast which geographically connect me to home ?
